The crispy chicken skin on the Balinese Chicken Thigh makes the dish.

Head to Hai Hai for some of the best Vietnamese food you can find in the Twin Cities. Evan and I got the Water Fern Cakes and the Spring Rolls. The Spring Rolls were incredible and the cakes were good too, but they are spicy so be warned.

If you are wanting something easy to pick up and tasted great I would get the spring rolls.

Pan-Seared Sea Bass with Green Curry

The best item we had was by far the marinated sea bass. Definitely order it if you go there.
