Japanese BBQ Bacon Mushroom Cheeseburgers

Ingredients
2 tsp garlic
1 Tsp chicken bouillon powder
1 egg
½ lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
¼ cup bread crumbs
½ cup Japanese bbq sauce
2 tsp chili crisp
½ lb mushrooms
1 small onion
¼ cup ketchup
½ lb bacon
8 asiago buns
¼ cup mayonnaise
4 slices havarti cheese
Preparation
Prepare sauce. Mix ¼ cup ketchup with ¼ cup bbq sauce and 1 tsp chilli crisp and set aside.
Make Toppings. Cook bacon, then cook mushrooms in a pan with 1 tsp garlic, salt and pepper, ½ onion, and set aside.
Make burgers. Combine remaining ingredients except cheese, mayo and buns in a large bowl and knead with hands until combined. Cook burgers in a frying pan until underside releases, flip and add havarti cheese. Continue cooking until cooked through. Toast buns before assembly.
