Garam Masala Chicken Cutlets
Serves 4 People
Ingredients
5 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tbsp garam masala
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground szechuan peppercorn
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup panko bread crumbs
¼ cup water
¼ cup neutral oil
Preparation
Prepare coating. Mix flour, garam masala in a shallow bowl. In a separate bowl all 3 eggs mixed with a ¼ cup of water. In a third bowl add the panko bread crumbs
Prep the chicken. Pound the chicken thighs flat with a rolling pin. Coat with ¼ tsp ground szechuan peppercorn. Then using the 3 step method, bread the chicken cutlets and rest on a drying rack.
Fry cutlets in a large frying pan with the neutral oil.
