Garam Masala Chicken Cutlets

Serves 4 People

Ingredients

  • 5 boneless skinless chicken thighs

  • 1 tbsp garam masala

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp ground szechuan peppercorn

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs

  • ¼ cup water

  • ¼ cup neutral oil

Preparation

  1. Prepare coating. Mix flour, garam masala in a shallow bowl. In a separate bowl all 3 eggs mixed with a ¼ cup of water. In a third bowl add the panko bread crumbs

  2. Prep the chicken. Pound the chicken thighs flat with a rolling pin. Coat with ¼ tsp ground szechuan peppercorn. Then using the 3 step method, bread the chicken cutlets and rest on a drying rack.

  3. Fry cutlets in a large frying pan with the neutral oil.
