Bahn Mi Burritos

Serves 8 People

Ingredients

  • Japanese burger meat mixture

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 bunch cilantro

  • ¼ cup sriracha hot sauce

  • 1 cup pico de gallo

  • ¼ cup green jalapeno salsa

  • ¼ cup liverwurst pate

  • ¼ cup chili crisp

  • 4 cups cooked white rice

  • 4 xtra large tortillas

Preparation

  1. Make meat mixture. Follow the recipe for Japanese Burgers. Then cook in a frying pan, breaking up the pieces into a uniform texture.

  2. Cook rice. Add pico de gallo to rice before cooking.

  3. Make burritos. Combine everything on top of the tortillas and roll into a burrito.
